@Site5 this is so unacceptable. You force up to upgrade to a VPS and our site is not up half of the day. Down again. Contact Support. Joke.

@site5 doesn't respond to my support tickets and now their support website is experiencing problems. Might be time for new host.

@site5 Ticket LDG-593-39388 still open since May 22. Disappointed with live chat & ability to speak with someone with authority to resolve.
