.@site5 used to have the industry’s best support service, and then in the last couple of months, it has dramatically fallen apart.

@Project_Felix @rrphl I haven't even got the website up. Site5 was pretty good to me, I'll probably use that again.

@hosteur have a great infrastructure in a #data #safeharbor jurisdiction and a real support, not like @site5supersam @site5 @site5support

@site5support Both keep going down. I should have option of moving them to another server within Site5 that's more stable. #willbemoving

@site5 letting us know by email or social media would be great. Unacceptable to have ticket open for 6 days w/no communication.
