@site5 Well had a live chat, referred to ticket, kept waiting for 30mins AFTER agent answered, ticket still not updated. Terrible

Ugh @site5 bought the host company I was using for an important site. Having major issues since takeover and cannot reach them. Horrible.

@site5 ticket number ULJ-985-62668 still not fixed. Broken since August 25th. No replies to ticket since Wednesday. please respond.
