@atmotter Yep. I had some sites with Arvixe which worked great prior to their EIG acquisition. Within months, uptime and support tanked.

My web hosting experience with @arvixe has been anything except reliable. Kudos for generally good support when needed-which is too often.

Right after we made updates to our website, our @arvixe hosted site is down again. I can't even reach it on FTP. I hope my files are safe.
