@dangerouslilly I use Arvixe and haven't had any problems. Their customer service has pretty quick turn around too.

after a lot of experimenation I have managed to use SQLyog with SSH tunneling to connect to my DB on Arvixe shared hosting (keypair only)

@PHPMatters I know folks who have suffered massive downtime on #arvixe and potential lost data. Horrible customer service too. Would not use
