@DSlovenski : @arvixe replied within minutes saying they were working on the issue. They also refunded some of my purchase for the trouble.

nih arvixe hosting rada error yeh, ga ada opsi delete account hosting, pengiritan gagal dong :D dr rencana $5.60 jadi $12.60 -__-

@arvixe when a client opens a ticket, it means he has a problem, not giving any answer or reply to hi ticket in 2 days is unacceptable !
