@arvixe My site is down and after spending an hour with support chat (40 minutes waiting), the chat aborted with no resolution. WTF!!!

On 12/10/15 @arvixe refunded my account after a month of pleading. Last wk, they sent me a RENEWAL invoice! You guys are the WORST!
