Right after we made updates to our website, our @arvixe hosted site is down again. I can't even reach it on FTP. I hope my files are safe.

@arvixe I opened an account 2 days ago, service failed to function, attempted to cancel, told no refund. Policy states 60 day moneyback #wtf

@Arvixe is an abandoned hosting company. Eliminated support forum and nobody ever answers the online chat. Email inquiries are ignored.
