@ArvixeSupport James Morales made it abundantly clear that I am SOL if I want to use IMAP with Arvixe instead of your unusable web client.

Aug 28th my main site has been down 4 some emergency migration promising better performance created ticket - ZERO response @arvixe

@ArvixeSupport My client's site is down on one of his busiest weekends of the year. This is a real disaster and no response from Arvixe.

Ever since you did "security maintenance" there has been hosting and email issues every day. Very frustrated with @ArvixeSupport @arvixe !

If your data is import for you, don't rely on @arvixe . They simply don't follow their backup policy. I found that out the hard way.
