@HeartInternet @HawthorneHeaney Option 4 tells you to login and submit a ticket, which isn't very helpful when you can't login!

@HeartInternet Hi - I can't even log in to see any problems as I get a connection time out message saying site is too busy. No issue my end

@HeartInternet Sales agents do not listen to your needs. They stop replying when they miss stuff out on the order. Very annoyed
