@arniepalmer Sorry but @heartinternet don't provide backups to customers (pretty standard unless you PAY) #fail

Get this. Webhost has backed up site, tells me to download 3Gb file, but their FTP limit is 600mb #FAIL and yes was @heartinternet #FAIL
