@HeartInternet left with a bad taste - ordered web hosting, realised it wasn't what was needed, cancelled immediately, now no refund!! shame

@HeartInternet All today web server 175-183 have been and still are dead @ 14:10 you acknowledge they are problem. My main client is on one.

.@HeartInternet having raised a complaint in a separate ticket someone is allegedly now looking into it - the ticket number is 1604040669
