I'm not completely without sympathy for the @HeartInternet staff, but people wouldn't be so angry if their communication was better.

@trullock @HeartInternet I remember when all the IP addresses changes and we were informed afterwards. So many happy clients called me up...

@HeartInternet Officially now the worst hosting provider on the planet. You just up all our rates, at least invest in some infrastructure.
