@paulrjmellors @HeartInternet yes good point. Some customers. We recommend DNS backup, although costs a bit more. Worth it though!

@HeartInternet 2+ hours since my ticket was replied to. I've restored from my own backup as can't use yours which I pay for. Poor service.
