Uff.. Finally done with the transfer of websites to @KnownHost VPS.. been a tedious task, but KnownHost support have been great! Touch wood!

@largeheartedboy Not any more. I read one page then it died. Very disappointed with #knownhost and the lack of a back-up plan.

heard from @knownhost their texas datacenter had a major power outage, and they are working on it. Ultimately, feel bad for them
