Our website @eyesoc is down AGAIN because of a @Lunarpages outage. Still no updates from @Lunarpages . Not renewing our contract!

@Lunarpages nevermind. 1.5 hrs later the sites came back up. But i did NOT receive a callback from waiting on hold. disappointing.

@Lunarpages after 7 years of service they suspend my act even after I spent 1 hr with their tech to find the issue. #pissed

@lunarpages They just got back to me. They claim failed log in attempts blocked my IP. Not possible. I've asked for more details.
