@lunarpages 12 days of bouncing emails is reprehensible. @zornwil trying to fix it with you but it doesn't seem really fixed. FRUSTRATED.

@Lunarpages I called over an hour ago and was told that. I've been a customer for years, but w/this and the recent outage, it's ridiculous.
