@a2hosting very disappointing that the 24/7 support does not include the advance service team, only need a cpanel update to sort FileOP issu

@a2hosting after 24 hours, u just lost 3 months work, no need for ticket id..am so pained and very disappointed at ur service

@a2hosting have users on different ISPs and different servers, only users on SR5 are having problems. Some are on a2s36 and those are fine.
