now I can't read Roundcube webmail on a2hosting due to database connection error despite coming up - their servers are always maxed

@a2hosting I think the worst part is that I've asked them to explain why services have been dropping, and they apparently have no idea.

And SJ is down again. A day without going down is like a day not using @a2hosting.
