Wanted to use @WindowsAzure scheduler in place of my custom scheduler but it does not seem to handle timezones well enough. #changeofplans

I have it on good authority that permanent IP addresses for #WindowsAzure cloud services are coming - no release date as of yet.

@ericwinkler Line 136 in Subscription.cs should be "var error = result.Element(XmlNamespaces.WindowsAzure + "Error");"
