Damn it. @WindowsAzure web sites are down in Western Europe and so is management dashboard :(.

@WindowsAzure Portal error says: "Number of slots per site exceeds the maximum allowed for the hosting plan." when saving Shared config.

Some @WindowsAzure West Europe sites are not accessible today. 99.95% availability seems to be screwed.
