My rubbish upstream means it'll take ages to get server backups onto new @WindowsAzure VM. Other than that, looking good. Thanks @bizspark

@alistairbush1 @gregyoung If somebody is using WindowsAzure, then they are probably locked in pretty tightly. So there is a high tolerance.
