@tsohost err we have had a ticket open since lunchtime. No response on that and no one picking up the phone. [sad and frustrated emoji]

@tsohost unbelievably bad.Been with this 'service' for 10 days. Wouldnt reccomend them to anyone. Been holding to spk to someone for 25 mns
