@tsohost no kidding asap! Logged 15:53, first response was the fix, at 16:01! An 8 minute fix time = one happy customer. @Tsohost rocks!

Hi @tsohost I reported my site being down. You told me it was fixed 12.24pm but still down. Emailed but no reply. Been waiting for 10 mins..

.@tsohost Learnt hard way it's only website files that are backedup daily; databases backed up only every 5-6 days Support told me. 2/2
