@jasongorman I gave up on TSOHOST an age ago - shifted across to @cloudabove and things are *way* more reliable. Darn sight faster, too.

@pobdesign @tsohost I've already asked for compensation. Not even had a reply. It is beyond poor service bow. It is utterly disgraceful.

Poor service from @tsohost recently. Reported downtime on a website and the responses have been few and far between.
