@tsohost @cybergibbons It's one of the reasons I left them. Shame, because they used to be great and I had to migrate 50 sites away

Also worth noting: the reply from @tsohost was basically bad (if minor) news, but delivered with such grace and care that I didn’t mind.

@tsohost just a few sites timing out with db errors. they seem back up again now.
