@tsohost Hey up. Just letting you the SQL server 10.169.0.137 has gone down. Getting database connection error and fails via phpmyadmin.

Utterly frustrated that despite launching a site on Friday I still can't publicise it yet because @tsohost have fucked up the SSL install

@tsohost gutted…have had nothing but exemplary customer service in the past but today I got someone verging on rude and not remotely helpful
