Also worth noting: the reply from @tsohost was basically bad (if minor) news, but delivered with such grace and care that I didn’t mind.

@tsohost just a few sites timing out with db errors. they seem back up again now.

@tsohost Looks like Mercury's down: all my websites are unavailable and I can't SSH into it. Status page doesn't list a problem.
