@tsohost can you please respond to the ticket asap. Forth time the database server has been down and second day running. Very Unhappy

. @tsohost db connection errors remain - despite your assurances of a fix. Almost 2 hours downtime during UK business hours.

. @champanna I'm afraid we have a db server problem with our wordpress hosts @tsohost - sorry about that! They're fixing it, apparently.
