@tsohost 3 Days later after telling me problem was fixed, Site still down and live chat support response rate once every 30 mins.

@tsohost Your tech support say they have fixed but it's not resolved. 4 hr response times by e-mail is not helpful.

@tsohost seems to be completely broken. Logging into account just takes to blank page or 500 error!
