@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@KaraBoohoo I’ve been using HostPapa recently. Their hosting could be a bit better but they are one of the few independent hosts out there.

@HostPapa You are preventing us from logging into cpanel to make a backup of the files! You can't be serious, this is terrible.

.@HostPapa website is still down 13 hours and counting. i have been on the phone with someone who couldn't help and has now hung up on me.
