@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@KaraBoohoo I’ve been using HostPapa recently. Their hosting could be a bit better but they are one of the few independent hosts out there.

@StupidcatDesign @HostPapa They're a terrible company. I've got a friend using them now and they will not let him make a backup.

@hostpapa The point of a telephone number is to speak to you. Not keep me on hold for 15mins then connect me to an answer phone. #FAIL
