@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@KaraBoohoo I’ve been using HostPapa recently. Their hosting could be a bit better but they are one of the few independent hosts out there.

@HostPapa I have sent 4 emails regarding ticket #1864180 and y'all have not responded at all. My site is down and this is UNACCEPTABLE!!

@funkymooseuk @HostPapa @JohnWatt86 VPS down, HostPapa at it again. Lucky I've migrated 95% away since last time. Truly terrible service.
