@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@KaraBoohoo I’ve been using HostPapa recently. Their hosting could be a bit better but they are one of the few independent hosts out there.

HostPapa just ruined our day. 100s of patients files no longer accessible to the doctors. Updating server without warning customers, bad!

anyone having trouble with hostpapa today First I get a bunch of 500 errors, now two of my sites are giving me 403!
