@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@KaraBoohoo I’ve been using HostPapa recently. Their hosting could be a bit better but they are one of the few independent hosts out there.

@HostPapa It's now day nearing the end of day three of VPS being down and after 20+ phonecalls I feel like I have got nowhere.
