@booknerdcanada I've used @hostpapa too, & they're super cheap. I've never had to use support with them, so don't know how that compares.

@tbwhs I'll keep that between hostpapa and me, they have been good in the past and are dealing with it, support is just a little slow.

I have never received such poor online assistance than with @HostPapa. Avoid their services at all costs #netcomms #webhosting

It was a very simple change to Mod_security @hostpapa and yet they take their time when they know that they have taken my web site down

My websites with @hostpapa went down this evening taking with them access to campaign websites. Unsupportive online chat says "fill in form"

@HostPapa my site is displaying 500 Internal Server Error AGAIN...That's twice in one week. Could someone PLEASE help me here!
