@HostPapa Shame it wasn't escalated by the guy on the chat as I requested. We'll wait and see, am very frustrated whilst my email is down.

@HostPapa 30+ hours now. I still have no idea if anyone is looking at this issue. 11 dbs failed/8 websites down for a week. :-(
