Never come across such bad service as @HostPapa. There tech service is abysmal. They do not answer your service requests. Avoid at all cost

@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@ValPGTA @HostPapa The email is frustrating. You can get them to call. They'll do so at their leisure. Support isn't what it used to be.

@HostPapa is absolutely the worst host ever. Can't get a hold of anyone 4 days, refuse to honor refund requests, only sends automated emails
