Tried to report malware to @hostpapa & they reply back saying I have to use their portal to send a msg. I'm not a customer. #FAIL

@skyfishforyou hostpapa looks alright as well, tooniehosting is probably the cheapest but at 3.95/mo, that's not too bad either

@Hostpapa So my servers been down over 24 hours, no timeframe for resolution, down 18 times in 12 months #hosting #customerexperience #poor

@garethjrubery @HostPapa is the worst company I've ever worked with dishonest unreliable support is useless. Only sends link to instructions
