@HostPapa For the record - having different logins for billing, ftp, customer-control-panel and site-control-panel makes life really hard!

@HostPapa The second time recently where there is an error with database connection. No doubt all will be ok when I finally spk to support!

Not impressed with @hostpapa web support - two different live chat operatives, neither of whom can help me. Poor service.
