@HostPapa Your support sucks. 40 mins on hold, looping the same ACDC song OVER AND OVER...wtf.

@HostPapa because of some form of error in the backup system (that I pay for), I've lost 600+ hours of work, my job is at risk.

@HostPapa is awful. Apparently 24hr,365days a year service but I've been trying to phone them for 30 minutes. Extremely annoyed.

@HostPapa My card is frozen briefly for security reasons, my autorenew doesn't work and you immediately take my site down. No warning. Bad!
