@HostPapa Problem: Receive incoming mail but outgoing mail not reaching recipient. Message is in sent items as though it's been sent. Help!

Crap customer support @hostpapa. Cancelled account yesterday. Promised a refund within 24hrs. Still waiting. paypal dispute coming up!

@Hostpapa are a rubbish at hosting and even worse at customer services. They’ve lied twice about a refund. @PayPalUK are on the case
