@HostPapa Also, that may or may not be support-related, but I found that the error messages generated by the site were a bit vague (1/2)

@HostPapa there online support says you are online. i am in position 1, waited for 20 minutes so far! Seems a bit poor.

@HostPapa after 1week I wanted a refund on my domain and 4 emails you can see my problems client I'd 312789. And you cancel my admin email
