Not very helpful with my urgent query @HostPapa most companies have online chat for this very reason! I am NOT calling a premium rate number

@HostPapa provides an online chat option, but not for tech support. Submit a ticket. #ignoreyourcloents is not a good strategy.

@HostPapa the fixed ip address for the secure site (schoolqc.ca) appears to be the problem. It does not even return pings.
