@HostPapa Not very impressed with your tech team.. Customer service is lovely, but they're being backed up by shit service behind the scenes

@HostPapa as my website go down also, I have done reverse lookups to make sure this isnt an issue with my website, FTP Stays up

loads of websites down again #hostpapa - 1hr in queue to chat and they raise me a ticket! Their Uptime Guarantee has no value whatsoever

My websites with @hostpapa went down this evening taking with them access to campaign websites. Unsupportive online chat says "fill in form"
