@HostPapa You are preventing us from logging into cpanel to make a backup of the files! You can't be serious, this is terrible.

@StupidcatDesign @HostPapa They're a terrible company. I've got a friend using them now and they will not let him make a backup.

anyone having trouble with hostpapa today First I get a bunch of 500 errors, now two of my sites are giving me 403!

@RyanHermann @HostPapa Up after 12.5 hours. My clients mad. HostPapa responded referring me to their now worthless 99.9% uptime guarantee.
