@HostPapa we have'd email problems on TWO accounts for 2 weeks; none of ur instructions work & we can't access ANY email on all devices.

.@HostPapa website is still down 13 hours and counting. i have been on the phone with someone who couldn't help and has now hung up on me.

@HostPapa @enoelani #1942952 and 1940825. Instructions for config from different reps are vastly different. Have had problems for 2 weeks.
