Dear @HostPapa, upon calling AGAIN about @ry_storm's blog #fail AGAIN, Christian ext 7761 only tried to upsell a 14 YO another product.

@HostPapa train ur team so that they read/understand customers problem rather thn assuming thngs n responding with a pre-written template

@HostPapa we have'd email problems on TWO accounts for 2 weeks; none of ur instructions work & we can't access ANY email on all devices.
