@hostpapa Not impressed at all with tech 'support' 2 very long waits before and during online chat (no solution) and ticket going unanswered

@HostPapa mine are down as well my server has been down nearly 2 days with no reply to tickets in that time from them

Tech support @HostPapa tell me to log into my account. I try and it rejects. Tech support say that because they suspended my account. Idiots
