Our web site has been down for 5 days and counting way to go #hostpapa can't get anyone on the phone other than a call center person BEWARE

@andrewtompsett @HostPapa I know. My contract was auto renewed. I was told how much it would be - they've charge x 5 the amount. Furious!

24/7 customer support for @HostPapa rings twice and then disconnects. Really frustrated - error is on host side.
